something to think about.

a comment i saw today:

Asistí a la pasada marcha del 4 de febrero y dije que si proponían una en contra de los crímenes de Estado o de los grupos paramilitares iría. Hay algo de todo esto que me parece demasiado cómico y es la forma en que reducimos todo a malos y buenos ya que los que estuvieron en contra de la marcha del cuatro decían que los que marchábamos éramos unos paracos oligarcas ahora los que están en contra de la marcha del seis dicen que somos unos guerrilleros terroristas. Así las cosas como pretendemos llegar a la PAZ si continuamente nos estamos echando el agua sucia unos a otro. Cuando se diluyan esos dos bandos que parecen existir tal vez habrá esperanza para los colombianos.

I went to the march on february 4th and i said that if they proposed another march against crimes of the state and paramilitary groups that I would go as well. There is something about all this that seems very funny to me, and it's the way that we reduce everything to good or bad. Those who were against marching on february 4th say that those who id march are paramilitary oligarchs (?). Now, those that are against the march on the 6th (note: for victims of crimes of the state and paramilitary groups, march 6th) say that the marchers are terrorist guerilleros. With things this way, how can we even think of getting to peace if we are continuously throwing "dirty water" on one another. When these two groups begin to dissolve, there might be hope for colombians.
